Resolution closed and I did not get my money

I need to collect $25 that a guest ageed to pay for an additional service.

The Resolution Center tab is showing closed, but the Account Transaction tab shows that no payout was issued.

The instructions say I am supposed to see the option to "Involve airbnb" now that 72 hours has passed, but there is no option.

How do I get airbnb involved to collect on my behalf.

How long ago did you open the case in the resolution centre ?

In the Resolution Center, does it say "paid by xx" or "declined by xx"?
