Reservation request asking if pet can stay - listing says pets are not allowed

I've explained to the guest where the pet policy, and asked them to cancel their reservation request since they do not meet the rules.  If they do not do it, can airbnb cancel this reservation request?  I would like to not have to Decline a reservation that does not meet the House Rules...

You're not penalized in any way for Declining, so just do that. And note that if you don't Accept/Decline within 24 hours, you *will* be penalized. Do it now.
