I have read about the regulations on the tousrist accomodations in the city of Madrid, https://www.airbnb.es/help/article/1730/madrid, which applies specifically to furnished flats, apartments or homes that are rented out fully. Moreover, there's a lot of discussion nowadays on the 'Airbnb effect' on booming housing prices in Madrid and i wanted to understand it more. But most of what I read and hear of, talk about renting out a whole flat, somtimes multiple. Can somebody please explain to me how the regulations in Madrid are applied to renting out only spare bedroom, short-term, meaning a for a few days only, while the owner is in the property?
