Hi all,

 

My guest asked to stay on for an extra day and I subsequently sent him an offer via Resolution Request. He agreed to pay the amount and I waited almost one month but still the agreed extra payment has not arrived in my account. I contacted the guest and he advised that he paid the agreed amount a month ago. The money seems to be held up at AirBnB.

There is no way that I can find to contact AirBnB directly to query this.

Google, "Airbnb Phone Number"

OR open the itinenary for that guest and find it there.
