Refund

Hi,

We have a guest who made a booking for 10 days and on the day they were due to arrive extended the booking to 14 days.

To do this they cancelled their initial booking and air b n b charged them a refund of €244 and then they made a new booking for 14 days. How can air b n b refund the guest the €244?

Odd way of doing it as it incurrs more charges but goes back to whatever method they used for paying.
