Receiving requested money

Hi everyone, I have a question about receiving money that I requested from a guest. 

My latest guest damaged the front door lock, she is aware of it and agreed to pay for the fix.
I used "request money" to allow her to pay me back for the fix, and added a photo of the receipt for the service.

This was a week ago - and I haven't gotten any notice since.

So my question is - how do I know that I received the money?

Hi - you will only get the money if the guest accepts the request for money. Sounds like they havent done that
