Questions about long stays

Hi everyone!! I have been host for the past 4 months and I have been receiving bookings for 3 months or more... But I don't know how to host them. Should I give them sheets, blankets, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, towels... ?

Hi @Paula225,

I treat my long term rentals the same as the short term rentals.  If someone wants to rent long term, they have still have my cleaner come in once a week which allows me to ensure the place is being respected and sheets need to be changed at least weekly.  They do get toilet paper, soap, shampoo as well.
