I'm looking at the Smart pricing options, but Christmas is a key period for our property when prices normally triple.  Is there a way of fixing prices during key periods which will override the smart pricing approach, or setting different smart pricing bands for different times of the years.  Any help gratefully received.

Yes.  You can override prices directly on the calendar or set up weekly and/or seasonal pricing.
