Pricing Discrepancy

We are new hosts and do not understand some pricing discrepancies. We charge the same on a week night than a weekend and our pay-outs have been different depending on the guest. For example, guest #1 stayed 3 nights for a pay-out of $291 (3 people and we charge extra for any additional people after 2) guest #2 stayed 2 nights for a payout of $218 (1 person).

Does that make sense?

@Stella10 Just looking at your calendar it seems that some weekend pricing is different. You can try breaking everything down into a spreadsheet to make sense of it.

Yes

Some weekend dates are higher because of Chief's and Royals games. The pricing discrepancies relate to weekday rates that are both suppose to be exactly the same price. We just spoke to AirBnb and they made mistakes on charging the appropriate fees.
