Price problem

My Base price is £64 but my calendar doesn't reflect this price - it says £59/night

Hi Joanna,

I believe your listing must have smart pricing activated, thats the reason why its not showing the exact pricings you have listed your home with. Try changing that.

Also one more reason would be Airbnb after you have set a price reduce it to certain percentage factoring other charges guest has to pay to book your listing.
