Price per night

Hi, I am new to Airbnb, just had my first trip completed with the guest happy (4 stars).  My question is the following:  I have listed the flat at R400 per night.  But I see it is currently being advertised at R412 per night.  I did not change the price and it is not ticked that the price will be changed according to demand.  Why is this?

Hi @Anneke12! 

Sometimes your cleaning fee is included in your advertised price on your listing so that potential guests know what they will be paying. Is your cleaning fee R12? If that is not the case, perhaps your Smart Pricing is on?
