Hello. 

I’ve had an enquiry for a booking. The guest and I have messaged each other and now the guest is thinking about booking it or not and won’t decide for a few weeks, 

Do I pre approve or decline?

pre approve but don't block your calendar for other potential guests. If someone else books before this guest decides then too bad...
