Possible guest asked to send me verification in email, what to do ?

I had a possible guest contact me with a message , saying she was having trouble uploading her verifications to Airbnb and could she just email them to me . What shall I do ? I'm not keen.

I agree - not a good idea.

I would suggest that you tell her that she needs to contact BNB. if you don't have the contact details look at the first post in the Community Help forum.

I think this is a common problem with guests new to Airbnb. I had a friend try to sign up for the first time and she ended up having to call Airbnb who walked her through the process. It can be daunting, especially for anyone not computer literate. Your guest should contact Airbnb. It was probably an innocent request and once they have signed on it should be clear sailing.

Thanks Rosemary, much appreciated. I have replied to the woman and offered suggestions. I wasn't able to give her the contact number for AirBnb , as it won't send numbers in messages, so hope she can contact them thru the help centre.
