People cannot book my property

Hi,

I've taken over the listing for the property I own with my brother, started over again. Two different people have reported to me that they've tried to book the property but it says it's unavailable (despite the calander being open), please contact airbnb.

I have completed my verifcation ID. Can someone tell me why people can't book, and further more, how do I contact airbnb other then through the community? I can't call up the case in the resolution centre because the provisional bookings aren't listed.

@Nick27 I just looked at your calendar.  Beginning in June, your calendar is completely blocked.  Have you tried unblocking those dates?  Also, check your Availability Settings.  That's why no one is able to make a reservation.  🙂

Hi I have a similar problem, my property shows as available , yet when you click to book, it will not progress any further. Nota uprising love you I have had no reservation requests for a while!

Not surprisingly we have not had bookings for a while!
