Payments which were made direct to Airbnb and we have not received our monies

Our first guests with Airbnb arrived yesterday.  They paid Airbnb direct.  We have not received our payment.  I am not sure whom to contact and how to go about it.  Can anyone please help.  We live in Cape Town

Hi @Lynn72  all payments are made direct to Airbnb. They start the payout process to the host about 24 hours after the guest checks in. So if the guests only arrived yesterday it will be sometime today before the payout process starts and of course it can then take several days for you to receive the money depending on your payout method.
