Payment still pending from cancellation

A guest cancelled less than a week before due to arrive. We operate a moderate cancellation policy but I agreed to refund most of the cost, minus £83. This was about 3 weeks ago. I just noticed that the payment from Airbnb is still pending. Is there usually such a delay? I can't find a way of contacting Airbnb direct on this subject as when I visit the Resolution centre in relation to this guest, it says the case is closed. Any information and/or advice?
