Payment still Pending

I have a pending payment status for a guest who stayed July 2-6th. Can anyone tell me why I have not received the payment and how I can contact AirBNB?

Welcome to the Community Center—it's great to see you around here!

 

Since the payment has been pending for quite a while, I'd recommend that you look this up with Airbnb directly. The Community Center is a place where all hosts can share their experiences, but also guides on how to get more Airbnb bookings or how to contact Airbnb.

I have the same issue - the payment has been pending for 10 days and the dates are blocked so no-one else can book them.  How do I cancel the reservation so that other guests can come on those days?  I am unable to manage it from my side and the guest is not answering my messages.

Can any one help please!!!
