Payment not received

I have hosted someone but I have not received the payment. Besides, the payment does not seem to be in progress, therefore, I do not know if I am going to be paid. I am trying to find a phone number to call but I cannot find any.

If you received the booking confirmation email, then you should get paid.  However if you need to speak with Air BNB, here is a guide for contacting Air BNB.
