Payment method problem Unable to contact Airbnb

 Hello, I am unable to change the payment methods. I need to add a new bank account and after carefully following the steps to do so, the account does not chenge. 

It is a very unpleasent surprise that AIRBNB does not even provides a email address where hosts can address issues like this one and get answer and guidance in order to solve the problem.  This si the downside of Airbnb service for host.... nobody ont he other side to replay emails with concerns, provide awnsers. Zero Costumer service!

I am awaiting a reply or call thatdoesn´t inclued a description of the steps I must follow in order to change pauyment methods, this is a particular problem with my account.

 Any form of contact with Airbnb provided by the comunnity will highly apreciated.
