Payment due

last week one guest checked out , payment is not transfered , we donot know why it is hold and how to contact airbnb for this case

I'm sorry to hear you are still waiting for your payout. When did the guest check in?

How long the payout takes depends on your payment method and you need to take into account weekends/Bank holidays. Have a look at this help guide explaining how the payment process works and how you can check your payment status. 

There may be an issue with the payout if it has been longer than 10 days so you should  contact airbnb, this Community help guide explains the best ways  to get in touch with them.
