Panama City Regulations

Hello,

 

I have a listing in Panama City, and I just got a notification from the building saying that it's illegal to rent properties under 45 days. I would lioje to know if anyone has gone through the same situation and what did you do if so. Thanks! María

That is the law in Panama City Panama.

I do not know how hard it is being enforced but if it is enfrced the fines are horendus.
