We are aseasonal rental. How do we set up different prices for different time of the year? Weekdays, weekend. holidaywinter,summer?

@Steven212  I was actually fiddling with my pricing just now 🙂 

Go to Listings -> Pricing

For "Weekend Pricing", it is under "Extra Charges". If you click "Edit", then at the bottom of the page, you can put in a new nightly price (different from your base price) for Fridays and Saturday nights. 

For "Weekly/Monthly Custom Pricing", click "Edit" for "Discounts" 

At the bottom of the page (between the weekly/monthly discount and Save/Cancel buttons), in small letters, there will be a line or two about custom pricing for a specific week or month.

Place your cursor over the words "week" or "month" and click. 

You can put in how much you want to charge for specific weeks/months here. 

Make sure you SAVE at the end. Hope this helps~!!!
