1. VOTING for every idea

>  Situation: Readers have to learn (= time consuming effort) your thumbs up system. Thumbs up usually means "I agree", but that there is a time frame and a number of thumbs needed for actually voting is not the norm.

>  Suggestion: Make voting bars for pro, con and neutral. Everybody understands that instantly.

2. THUMBS UP for every comment

>  Situation: Many comments are basically new ideas or can evolve an idea. Why not giving them a count?

>  Suggestion: Give every comment a thumbs up count, so you see how many people agree and what ideas would be liked.

3. More time for IDEA VOTING

How long is the time frame to get the thumbs up needed? Only because it´s not achieved in 2 weeks, doesn´t mean the idea is not good. It just means that people can´t be online reading all the time, worrying about Airbnb orgnization issues.

>  Suggestion: Give new ideas more time to survive and evolve.
