One of our listings got broken into, is the guest insured with you?

Hello Airbnb,

How are you?

One of my guests that booked with aIRBNB got broken into their apartment. He was inside when it happened. For thwe thiefs to get into the apartment, they had to break a window bar made out of hard wood.

The guest is aparently writing you about the matter and asked me to to do the same.  I wasn't aware of this insurance and would like to know if you guys can be helpful in any way.

What an unpleasant thing to happen.

This is a host community, so for help you need to contact Airbnb help desk right away.

As I've read on this forum, it is vital that whoever is that either the guest and/or the police is involved asap!
