No payment received from air BNB for guests visit? Please advise?

A payment is shown on my Airbnb account but has not appeared in my bank account

Yes same issue! Any help appreciated. Our guest left two weeks ago. Even if it takes 7 days to process we should have received payment a week ago.

Our guest arrived 21/11/2016 and no payment has been received as yet to date; 23/11/16. Kindly advise

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with receiving your payment. How long it takes depends on your payment method and you need to take into account weekends/Bank holidays. Have a look at this help guide explaining how the payment process works and how you can check your payment status. 

As it's only been 3 days since your guests arrived I suggest you wait a bit longer to see if the payout arrives.

 Last time a payment was on hold in my airbnb account, i called airbnb support on the phone and two days later the money was in the bank. Magic
