New booking, payment done, calendar not accepting

I have a guest who wants to confirm her booking, but cannot seem to do so.  She says that payment has been done via her card and now cannot confirm the booking .... crisis as the arrival date is tomorrow.???

What can I do or what can I suggest she do?

When you look in your inbox and look at her communications with you does it show her request as being accepted?  As shown in the example, in the far right column it will show Accepted, Declined or Inquiry
