In the last week I have had
* A guest who wanted to pay in cash
* A guest with a dog (I don't take animals and say so on my listing)
* A guest who wanted to come with her mother and daughter (I only take 2)
* A guest who wanted to book for one night at a weekend (I have a minimum 2 night stay at weekends).
I turned all of them down because they didn't meet my house rules/requirements.
If BnB goes ahead I would be penalised for turning down guests who don't meet my rules by having the dates blocked - how is it my fault guests are allowed to try and book when I have set the listing up, so they shouldn't be able to - no animals, max 2 people, wanting to pay in cash, minimum 2 nights
Quite clearly a ridiculous move on BnB's part.
