NEXT button on "ADD Payout Method" won't work - Can't add payout method

Hi,

I am trying to add a payout method to my airbnb account, but as soon as I press "NEXT" on the Payout Method Screen after adding my address, the page stops working and won't direct me to another page to adding a payout method. I don't have pop-out blockers and still it won't do so. I remember using it before to add a different payout method and it was working fine then.

Please advise.

I'm also not able to add a payout method and have the same experience when hitting the next button.  When I called, I was told that my case was transfered to another department.  This department does not have a contact number, of course.  Since then, I emailed a couple more times but have not received a response.   

Anyone successfully overcome this issue??

I can't find a contact email or phone number for airbnb and am brand new to this.
