My payment didn't get deposited but it's still waiting for payout, why?

Hi

Airbnb made a deposit to verify my bank account and they have been deposited $0.01 on Oct 11. But it's been 3 days and I still haven't received the payment for my recent reservations and my account show pending payment. How much long will it take?

Did you receive an email titled "Payout of $xxCAD sent"

Inside it will say "We've issued you a payout of $xx CAD via Bank Transfer. This payout should arrive in your account by Oct xx, 2016, taking into consideration weekends and holidays."

It was more like 7-8 days wait... ?

I have the same issue. My payout didn't come? And I can't figure out how to contact Airbnb
