My guest is not responding in any form of communication.

I have a very remote property15866579 that requires me to accompany a guest to the property for check in due to location and lack of internet and cell service in the area. The guest was notified of this during booking and it is also listed in the direction section of my listing. This guest booked the property 2 months ago and has not reponded to any airbnb messages(3), emails(3) or voice mails(2). She is due to arrive next week during the week of a large festivel, do I just hope that she contacts me to arrange a check in time?

You may want to Contact Airbnb to see if they are able to get in touch with your guest.
