Multiple properties

I just bought and refurbished a new property. 

Can someone advice how can I manage 2 different properties from the same account? 

I didnt find any "Add new listing" in my dashboard or somewhere else...

Just go to 'Your Listings' and underneath the existing listing you will see 'Add New Listing'

Thank you Gary. I think this information also applies  to a house that has more than one beroom too. If thats the case, it answers why I am not getting good responses. A new listing is probably a solution.

is it possible to list a 2nd property on my account and direct the payout to a different bank account?

A friend wants me to take care of her property/be the host etc

but have the payment go directly to her account.
