Multiple listings for my home, 1 while I'm there, another while away

I own a single family home. I rent out the guest bedroom when I am there and when I am away I rent out both the master and the guest bedroom. The two listings should never have overlapping open days, but Airbnb doesn't make this easy. I've been bitten by accidentally having the guest room listing open at the same time as the master/guest listing and had to cancel reservations. This is bad for me and the guests.

Does anyone have tips or tools for making sure the two listings do not overlap? Are there any planning improvements for the built-in Airbnb tools to help hosts like me? Surely it is a common use case for homeowners to list rooms this way.
