It´s been more than 2 WEEKS that I haven´t been able to do any booking through my account since AIRBNB are supposingly analyzing my credit card information, (Credit Card that I have used several times), but for some reason it has been subject to "verification"... which in fact for me is a normal procedure but I cannot accept that it as to take 2 WEEKS to be verified...besides the house that I was booking, the owner says it has not received any payment and it means that I am about to loose the property that I have chosen...
Please does anyone knows how/what can I do to overcome this awkward situation??
