STATS

1.  Who is favoriting my listing? (And why ... but how to get that info?)

2.  Who was looking at my listing? (And why ... but how to get that info?)

FEATURES

1.  Download stats in Excel (or similar).

2.  Download calendar in Outlook (or similar).

3.  Download contact data to Outlook (or similar).

4.  Guest on the list: If the wanted time frame was already booked, guest can be put on "the list" to move up if somebody cancles.

5.  Suggestions from guests: If somebody reads the listing and does NOT book, guest can make (anonymous) suggestion of what he missed  (or what the reason was). Pro: Improves quality and services, can avoid complains? Con: Can cause guests to demand more and more?
