Messaging past guests

Is there a way to message past guests in on group email or do I have to do it all individually?

@Elizabeth584 - only individually unless you collected their email addresses personally from them during their stay and do it outside the Airbnb system. However, you can create a "saved message" that you could access within every conversation to quickly send the same information to each guest.
