Hi, 

 

in February we have had a guest that lost some items. We wanted to solve it straight with the guest but no reply from them so we involved AirBnB. On 3.3.2016b AirBnB agreed with the amount that we asked from the guest. You can also see the amount in Transaction history but the payment didn't go trough. 

I already asked AirBnB when will we get the money but NO answer. Does anyone know how should we continue?

I just lost electric iron after guest checked out on last Sunday 17th July. I already sent message to guest. Still waiting for response.
What should I do next ? How to get refund? from security deposit?
