Long term cancellation

Dear All....

My guest book for 5 months , but after 2 weeks of stay she decide to move out and cancel her book.

I got one month payment already.

my question is :

how about refund ?

do airbnb system will refund all 4 month payment to my guest ?

As long as the guest has cancelled through airbnb, everything is taken care of.
