Long term Pricing

Trying to find out how to do custom or seasonal pricing? im following all the directions on the help page, but for some reason I can not find the options for Long term pricing. Just nightly pricing. Could somebody help me out? TIA

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AS I CAN'T SET A LONG TERM PRICE.  ON THE HELP PAGE IT SAYS I SHOULD SEE SOMETHING CALLED "LONG TERM PRICING" ON MY PRICING PAGE BUT I DO NOT.  I WANT TO SET A SEASONAL PRICE.  HELP!
