What amenities do you feel impact guests decision to book ?    Do you provide 'extras' not listed in AirBnB drop down amenities?

@Susan147 Amenities and equipment that guests value: microwave oven, hair dryer, bedlinen, towels, iron, cooker and oven, fridge, freezer, shampoo and other hygene products, WiFi, coffee maker, well equipped kitchen, washing machine, lock on bedroom door

Apart from what is listed by Airbnb, my guests have asked me about a laptop/computer and a printer. Also, medicaments so I would say that First Aid Kit would come in handy.
