Landlord protection in Australia

Hi everyone

I have a question, (which I asked before but looks like it didnt go through)

Who have you insured yourself with? I will be letting the house out short term over the summer holidays and have a quote by Trident who will insure  my items which are taken away and out of the home for up to $10000 (as I will take my jewellery with me). The premium will be $429. at the same time my friend had her place insured for a flat rate of $233 (in Vic). I cant seem to find who took over this particular policy as it seems they were taken over? Any ideas, suggestions?
