Issuing a refund to an older guest in the Resolution Center

Hi all,

Looking for help! I'm trying to send a Refund to a guest through the Resolution Center. But, the Resolution Center is only allowing me to choose from 5 previous guests to "Send Money" too. Unfortunately, none of these 5 guests are the correct guest. How do I choose the correct guest (not one of the 5 that AirBnB is showing me)? For some reason I can ONLY choose from these 5 default guests.
