Inquiry on guest ID

Hi, I just started hosting this month and I have two questions.

- Is there a way that we can view the government issued ID the guest submitted to airbnb? Or is this only available with airbnb admin?

- Have you encountered guest who refused to check out on the set check-out time? If yes, how did you deal with them?

1: no you can't.

2: what means refused to check out? did you ask and the guest anwser no ? 

maybe the guest would like to extend his booking, just ask what are his intentions.

..need more info about it.

No, you are not able to view guest's ID's through Airbnb.  But you can ask your guest for ID upon their arrival.

Personally, I have never encountered a guest that refused to leave, but I had read news stories where it has happened.
