I would like to change the reservation policy for my booked guest to be less strict

I and my guest both misunderstood the nature of the strict cancellation policy and both agree it should be moderate

However now the booking has gone through we seem unable to change it and also unable to get help from AirBnB directly

Any ideas apart from me cancelling the reservation?

Hello @Denise323

I can't see any benefit for you at all in changing your policy.

However if what you are saying is that for this guest they are likely to want to cancel and if they do, you would want to refund them completely then you can absolutely do this.
