I want to cancel a reservation as a host but can't because the payment is pending

 A guest has booked my place for two nights, starting tomorrow, but the payment did not go through and is still pending. I had the option to cancel, at first, but I accidentally opted to continue. Now I have to wait 24 hours for the guest to have a chance to pay, but in the meantime, someone else would like to rent the room for the same dates.  How do I cancel the reservation with the pending payment?

If the booking was offered by you but not accepted and paid yet it should still be available on your calendar. If they booked already than they paid. Is this your first listing? Because you will get payment once they check in, half way through their stay.

If you cancel you will not be able to get the second guest as your calendar will become permanently and irrevocably blocked.
