I'm a new host! help!

Hello!

 

I've just finshed my first listing and am having a couple of issues... I'd really appreciate some tips from anyone with a little more experience on here!

 

I'm trying to change the cancellation policy on my listing but am not able to  - the choice just doesnt show up when I follow the steps provided by the help centre (Manage listings, Manage Listing, Terms)  The 'terms' tab just isnt showing, even though I've completed the listing.  Any ideas how to find it!?

 

Also, I'm trying to make my place a block booking only as I will be out of the country for the whole period without much ability to check the place between visitors.  How does one do this?

Hi @Alex40,

 

Check out this Help Guide for changing the cancellation policy.  You probably need to scroll down as the "Terms" section is the last one in the list.

When you set you min/max stay, check out the "Requirements Specific Dates" section so you are only making the min/max during the dates you are gone.
