I have an empty Sydney flat but live mostly overseas. Can I appoint a deputy hostess?

The flat is in Lane Cove, close to buses and trains to Sydney Harbour and CBD.  It's a sunny studio with a queen bed plus a sofa that has a fold-out double bed for an extra two ppl.  There's a large pool, jacuzzi and sauna, plus coin laundries and undercover parking all included.  I need somebody to act for me who is both experienced and honest to welcome guests, attend to maintenance and bank funds into my account.  References are essential.
