On arrival at my host - I tried to contact Marlize by calling her cellphone and landline several times, then ringing both doorbell's and even hooting at Iceberg Guesthouse, 63 President Swart Avenue, Sasolburg, Free State 1947, South Africa I had to arrange other accomodation at a local hotel. From the R800.79 bill I ended up paying R1500 at the local hotel.

I would like a FULL refund

Did you have a specific check-in time arranged with the host, or did you just show up at the door?
