How to politely restrict stay of just male guest(s) (I am ok with couples) in the listing?

Sometimes it’s just me (female) and my daughter staying in the house where we have a private room listed in Airbnb and we feel some vulnerability

Just make it clear in your listing that you only take female guests and couples.
