How to confirm 0.01$ test payment recieved, get the rest of the $.

I am trying to get paid. I recieved a payment of 1 cent yesterday. I don't know how to confirm that this "test" payment went through and that I want to get the rest of the pament.

I wasted 30 minutes looking for info in the help section. I found the help quite useless and a waste of time.

I received the 1 cent payment over two weeks ago and still have not received payment for 3 separate bookings in June. The help section was of no help, as you said, but after much clicking around I found a spot where I could actually send an email to someone! Unfortunately, I can't find that page again to direct you to where you mights send an email.

Do a search for "contacting AirBnB" and you will find multiple messages on how to contact them.  It is answered multiple times in the forum.
