How much travalers Your apartment can take and how many usualy come

Hi, I am from Riga, Latvia, Europe. I have one listing, which can take up to 4 persons and so far I see that mostly (60-70% of times) there are 3 or 4 persons coming. As I have free time and have much fun in hosting, I am considering to take one more flat and make new listing. In the market there are quite many apartments that have 3-4 rooms and thus 6-8 travelers could be hosted, but is it worht it..??

My question is - how much travalers Your apartment can take and how many usualy come?

I've done quite a lot of research on my local market, @Juris0, also quite a big town of tourist interest. My main listing offers place for maximum 4 people. The prices vary from one to four travellers (it's a decisive factor, many places do not recognise between 1 and 2 guests). I guess a vast majority of stays (80%?) are those of 1 or 2 people, I would say 50/50. And my whole place (yet another listing) offering accommodation to up to 8 people has never ever been booked yet.
